OTE Sports Hydro Tabs
With less than 7 kcal per tablet OTE Sports Hydro has been developed for use with most sports or physical activity where maintaining hydration status is important to maintaining performance. Ideal for use during low intensity exercise, when you are exercising in hot or humid conditions, or working out indoors.
It is important to remember that if you are exercising for 60 minutes or more, as well as remaining hydrated it is recommended to supplement 40-90g of carbohydrate per hour of exercise to maintain blood glucose levels. This will help you to maintain, enjoy or improve the quality of your exercise.
